Email support@patracadabra.com with the subject “NonaTrace Beta”. Include the app version and a description of the problem, without passwords, authentication codes or raw receipts.

Use the app's Account screen to request account deletion. You can also contact this address for help with access, deletion requests or an unresolved purchase. We may need to verify that you own the account. Refund availability and the refund request process are determined by the relevant Store; deleting your account does not cancel a Store payment.
